block website without any software or scripts.
1) goto system32 then open drivers folder and then open etc folder
2) Find the file named " HOSTS "
3) Open that file in any text editor
When you open it in text editor their will be some thing written like this
" 127.0.0.1 localhost"
thats it just press enter after " localhost "
4) now below "127.0.0.1 localhost"
Add " 127.0.0.2

, and guess what that site will be no longer accesible in you system
suppose if you want to add more site then just add 1 more to the las no of first ip exbr />
